Free UV In-vivo test service
for SUNJIN customers


		SUNJIN in-vivo test room

SUNJIN provides free UV in-vivo test service for our customers.

Service Features

1. Free Service

Any SUNJIN customers can apply the service of UV In-vivo test for free.

2. time & cost saving

It will cost even more to conduct external cilinical test for
UV in-vivo test for suncream. Even it will cost more if you change
your formula.
However, you don’t need to worry when choosing SUNJIN

3. High reliability (more than 600 tests a year)

We have conducted over 388 cases of SPF and 393 cases of PA test results during 2017 by high customer demand with reliable test result.
And now we have 2 two clinical measurement devices
including newly purchased equipment in 2017

Sunjin Beauty Science welcomes Patricia Mayer as Director of Sales, Technical and New Business Development for North and South America. In her new role, Patricia will be responsible for sales activities for these regions and will liaison with Vantage Specialty Chemicals, Sunjin’s distributor, to expand and grow business in these regions. Patricia will also provide technical expertise and problem solving to customers.

Patricia brings more than 20 years of cosmetics and personal care market experience to this role. Patricia was most recently Director – Global Technical Marketing at Vantage Specialty Chemicals. In addition, Patricia managed the applications and formulation laboratories at Vantage with a focus on skin care, sun care and color cosmetics. Previously Patricia was employed by Amerchol (now Dow Chemical) and Henkel Care Chemicals (now BASF).

18_10_Hawaii bans chemical sunscreens that harm coral reefs

Hawaii Gov. signed the first bill in the country that will ban sunscreens containing chemicals harmful to coral reefs. The bill was passed by state lawmakers in May, will go into effect January 1, 2021. At that point, the sale or distribution of over- the-counter sunscreens containing oxybenzone and octinoxate, which help filter UV rays, will be prohibited.

Which sunscreens are reef-friendly?
Look at the active ingredient.
If the sunscreen is mineral-based, containing Zinc oxide and/or Titanium dioxide
as active ingredients, It’s OKAY. GOOD!
