 We are pleased to share that our technology of encapsulating BEMT into silica bead has been officially published in the SCI-ranked journal “Microporous and Mesoporous Materials”.

“Microporous and Mesoporous Materials” is an international journal focusing on solid materials and nanostructures, well known for its highly selective publication process. Published by Elsevier, it is one of the leading journals in the field of porous materials, with an Impact Factor of 4.7, reflecting its strong influence in the discipline.

 This recent publication signifies international recognition of our expertise in encapsulating chemical UV filters, such as BEMT, within silica. SUNSIL-S is a UV filter encapsulation ingredient developed using this very technology, representing an innovative solution that encapsulates 30% BEMT into silica, achieving both enhanced stability and an improved sensory experience.

 SUNSIL-S enables BEMT, which previously dispersed only in oils, to be stably encapsulated in silica and dispersed in water as well. This greatly expands formulation flexibility.
