We are proud to announce that Sunjin Beauty Science won the grand prize of ‘Best Work-Life Balance’ section at the National Job Awards for the fourth consecutive year.
The National Job Award is a prize awarded to companies and institutions that contributed to creating quality jobs. This award is sponsored by Ministry of Employment and Labor, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Ministry of Science and ICT, Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Sunjin Beauty Science selects a best employee of the month and provides travel · dining out · amusement park gift card worth $300. For project workers, paid vacation is provided for their Work-Life Balance. Not only that, through the Star Award System, we pay bonuses (up to $500) every month to employees who have achieved outstanding results until they leave the company.
