We are proud to announce that Sunjin Beauty Science was selected as a ‘Youth-friendly Small Giant’ for the 7th consecutive year in 3 areas: 1. Wages 2. Work-life balance 3. Job security. Of the 1,217 selected companies, only 378 companies were eligible for all three.
‘Youth-friendly Small Giant’ means a small or medium-sized enterprise that meets 7 requirements and has excellent wages, work-life balance and job security that young people most desire in a workplace.
Sunjin holds ‘Audition’ which is a performance-oriented evaluation system to promote employees who show outstanding performance. In addition, we are implementing a youth-friendly recruitment and personnel system by operating programs such as ‘Youth Tomorrow Fill Deduction’.
Again, we’re honored to be selected as ‘Youth-friendly Small Giant’. We will continue to try our best for employees to work with pride in their jobs and create quality jobs to work for a long time.
