Micro beads are sensory modifiers for skin care, make up and sunscreen applications in the cosmetic industry. Sunjin offers both natural and synthetic micro beads. Non-surface treated and surface treated micro bead versions are available.

Plastic Bead Replacement
Sunjin has the technology to manufacture both organic and inorganic micro beads. Currently, Sunjin has developed various silica beads that can replace plastic beads which cause significant harm to the environment.
Silica BEADS
Sunjin provides various grades of porous silica beads (SUNSIL product line) with different sizes, oil absorption, and surface treatments.
Surface layer treatment on silica beads provides similar sensation and functionality to Nylon beads.
Polymer Beads
Polymer beads are used for sebum absorption and elastic texture. Sunjin provides many different sizes and shape of polymer beads with various surface treatments.
