As regulations on "Intentionally Added Microplastics" tighten across global markets and the Microplastic-Free trend continues to accelerate, formulators are rapidly shifting away from conventional ingredients. SH305, by contrast, is a 100% silica material with an intentionally irregular surface design, scattering incoming light in multiple directions through its Controlled Rough Surface structure.

The ability to achieve a blurring effect without any polymer microspheres is the defining advantage of SH305.




💡 Oil Control & Hardness Replacement: SUNSIL-UH Series

SUNSIL-130UH is an ultra-high oil absorption silica with an oil absorption capacity of 3.0~3.5 cc/g, effectively adsorbing excess sebum on the skin surface. Its high absorption structure contributes to a matte finish and has demonstrated a notable hardness improvement, particularly in stick formulations.

Clear improvement in strength compared to formulations without addition

This enables:

Reduction of shine
Matte finish
Minimization of stick breakage
Improved stability in pressed formulations

The oil control and physical reinforcement functions previously served by Nylon-12 can be structurally replicated with this solution.
